October 24: NSSA's Inaugural International Security Space Forum
NSSA will convene the inaugural International Security Space Forum. This event is open to all and will focus on gathering government and industry leaders from the U.S., U.K., Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, and Japan to discuss policy, planning, acquisition, and operational matters requiring closer collaboration.
NSSA will work with USSF and our international partners to establish objectives and outcomes, all enabled by pre-work with principals and staff, to ensure informed and productive dialogue. The venue will facilitate rich dialogue among principals, including government and industry representation from all participating countries. The agenda will cover opportunities for co-development and interoperability and the establishment of shared standards, protocols, and interfaces for accomplishing this.
The International Security Space Forum will conclude with an evening networking reception at a nearby venue.
October 25 & 26: Space System Command's International Reverse Industry Days
Space Systems Command has been hosting several “Reverse Industry Days” on multiple subjects to get industry help in shaping the thinking about space acquisition challenges.
This one focuses on Resilience of the Global Supply Chain for Space – Developing an Allied Approach. Allies and their respective industry partners from seven nations (AUS, CAN, DEU, FRA, GBR, JPN, NZL) along with the U.S., will share perspectives on the international supply chain as a problem set and will have the opportunity to offer insights and solutions. Four Moderated Panels will examine the global supply chain from different perspectives. The final session will be an SSC-guided discussion on how to move forward with key themes from the event and pathway to develop an Allied Space Supply Chain Strategy.
The two Reverse Industry Days will only be open to two registrants per company.
Registration closes October 9, there will be NO ONSITE registration.
This event will be closed to the press.
