Anti-Harassment Policy

NSSA is committed to fostering an environment that thrives on inclusivity, diversity, and camaraderie among colleagues. Harassment in any form will not be tolerated. If you feel you have been a victim of harassment, please contact an NSSA staff member. Violators of the anti-harassment policy are subject to expulsion at NSSA’s discretion.

Badges & Attendance

During the conference, badges must be worn and visible at all times. Badge swapping is not permitted and doing so may result in a forfeiture of registration credentials and dismissal from the event with no refund.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in writing before January 30, 2024 will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations received in writing after January 30, 2024 are not eligible for refunds. Substitutions are accepted until February 16, 2024. After February 16, 2024 no substitutions are permitted. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute a cancellation. All cancellations and substitution requests must be received via email to disc@nssaspace.org.

Please be courteous to your esteemed colleagues and place all mobile devices in silent mode during conference sessions.

Dress Code

NSSA encourages business attire for this conference and service dress is recommended for military personnel.

Photography Policy

NSSA has a designated photographer to capture the highlights of DISC. Other than the NSSA official photographer, no photography is permitted at anytime during DISC24. Please be aware that, as an attendee, your likeness may be used by NSSA in future promotional materials. We will assume consent unless a written request from you is received.
